Suzanna supports the early stages of client engagement, helping the company respond efficiently and thoughtfully to new business opportunities. As Proposal & Business Development Coordinator, she tracks potential leads, filters RFPs, and coordinates internal input to ensure each proposal reflects the best of our team’s work and voice.
Detail-oriented and tenacious, Suzanna helps keep the sales process moving behind the scenes—gathering responses, organizing materials, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. She brings an energetic, organized presence to the fast-moving world of proposals, and plays a key role in keeping our pipeline full.
Suzanna is a lifelong animal lover whose world truly revolves around her pets. Her current crew includes Nari the cat (her first!), and long-distance fluffball Appa the Samoyed, along with cherished memories of Dubbi, her childhood poodle, and Mickey, a special-needs Samoyed she fostered for 9 months. When she’s not wrangling RFPs or snuggling something furry, she’s likely spending time with her family and friends or sharing pet photos with the rest of us.
