Jamie brings clarity, structure, and a sense of humor to even the messiest content challenges. As a seasoned strategist and information architect at Digital Wave, he helps teams organize, label, and align content in ways that make sense to real users—while still respecting the quirks of real organizations.

With a background in user experience, business analysis, and discovery, Jamie has a gift for translating complexity into clear systems and useful patterns. He’s known for his calm, methodical presence and a quietly intense dedication to making things work—technically, intellectually and ethically. (He will fight for your Oxford commas.)

Jamie shares life with his wife, their two mostly-grown daughters, and Beta the Shiba Inu—an energetic companion who’s outlasted three beloved bulldogs: Murphy, Keystone, and Neptune. He’s passionate about Irish history, Western Pennsylvania, and fast motorcycles. Off the clock, you’ll often find him by the ocean, tinkering with something mechanical, or adding to his ever-growing collection of portable cutlery.
