As Executive Vice President (EVP) of Operations & Technology, he helps guide the systems, tools, and processes that keep projects running smoothly and sustainably. Whether he’s solving a complex technical challenge or mentoring a colleague, Bruce brings calm precision and deep care to his work.
With a background in application architecture, accessibility, and business process analysis, Bruce is also known for his encyclopedic knowledge of client histories, maddening attention to detail, and dedication to building inclusive and thoughtful digital experiences. He’s especially handy with accessibility testing, technical documentation, photography, and remembering literally everything (with a little help from his Gmail archives).
