optimized for your audiences. This involves not only content updates
and site enhancements, but also helping you ensure that all future
work (whether done in-house or by another vendor) keep within the
defined design and IA protocols, protecting your investment so you
don't have to rebuild in another year.
Post-Development Review
Digital Wave recognizes that the myriad micro-decisions that occur
during the population phase can make or break the overall effect of a
site, no matter how polished the original designs were. Empowering you
to uphold the highest standards, we provide specific direction for
improving the organization and presentation of content by reviewing
the site and providing recommendations for realigning it with the
original vision and protocols established in the architecture and
design phases of the project, and by modifying or creating new
protocols where they are not supporting site content.
Site Management & Support
Our goal is to set you up to manage your own site updates using your
in-house resources. However, that's not always optimal or possible, so
we also provide ongoing site management and support services, on
either a long- or short-term basis. Your point of contact will be our
Site Evolution Manager, who will see to it that all your content
updates - or larger site enhancements - will be completed and checked
for quality in a timely manner.
