Architecture & Design

Our clients' most commonly expressed reason for coming to us for redevelopment is that their users can't find what they're looking for. This can be overcome through three key components of information architecture: structure, navigation, and presentation of content.

The structure must be based on the users' paths of interest rather than internal protocols or division of responsibility. The navigation must be self-evident, drawing on the familiar while conforming to the nature of the content. It must be enhanced with both an intuitive browsing logic and powerful search capabilities that help users focus on only that which is most applicable to their needs. The presentation must reach individually targeted audiences in ways that enhance the message and the experience, without requiring prior knowledge or forcing them to learn new standards.

As we progress with each client into the Interface Design effort, User Experience continues to be our most important measure of quality. Although the designs must support the strategic architecture, they must also embody the professionalism, confidence, and positioning strength of your organization. This isn't accomplished with fancy trappings and special effects but with attractive, engaging interactive environments that make your online presence a pleasant place to do business.
