ShopWinesOnline is an online resource that provides a taste of the California wine country to online shoppers. The choice of a fine wine is a multi-sensory experience, and in order to provide a true taste of California wines in a web environment, ShopWinesOnline had to do more than simply put up a catalog. Digital Wave helped design an environment in which shoppers could enjoy a rich shopping experience – taking a image tour of a beautiful Napa Valley winery, submitting a question to be answered by a wine expert, even sampling the wines in a virtual tasting room.
